Martinsburg Archery Jamboree

I understand that archery and 3-D archery courses carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from arrows, uneven or wooded terrain, wildlife, weather, and equipment failure. I am participating voluntarily and confirm that I am physically able to do so.

In exchange for being allowed to participate in the Martinsburg Archery Jamboree, I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, host landowners, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated individuals or organizations (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages — including those arising from the Released Parties' own negligence — connected to my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This release extends to my heirs, executors, and legal representatives.

I agree to follow all posted range rules and any safety instructions given by event staff, and to report any unsafe course conditions or equipment I notice. I authorize event staff to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to consent, and I accept financial responsibility for any such treatment. I understand entry fees are non-refundable.

I grant the event permission to use photos or video taken of me during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.

I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and that I am authorized to sign this waiver on behalf of every shooter listed in this registration, including any minors.
